Speed and agility training is a kind of functional training that requires fast foot movement, such as football, basketball, rugby, free combat and boxing. It includes speed, explosiveness, agility and dexterity training. Training body coordination and agility through rapid foot changes and rhythm changes. The agility ladder with Disc Cones can provide:

2.Enhance the function of the sole muscles, small muscle groups of the ankle and knee joints, reduce the probability of lower limb injuries, and improve the rhythm of body movement;

3.Train the connection between the brain and the muscles, which has a good promotion effect on the muscle strength, explosive force, supporting force and stability of the lower limbs;
